There's a lot between the lines in these pics. Also, a rickshaw ride from the train station to our hotel before getting bikes. You can see our reflection in the storefront. James asked about a taxi to Hertz before departing and the information girl said, "A taxi in AMSTERDAM?!?! HUMPH!" looking at me as if I were from there and understood her pain from hearing that.
